- Probate and estate planning: We draft and prepare simple wills and trusts and have extensive experience with the probate of estates, including formal, informal, supervised and unsupervised probate of estates.
- Criminal defense: We provide an aggressive defense against misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor criminal charges including DUI, theft, drug possession, burglary and traffic violations.
- Employment law: We represent plaintiffs in employment law litigation. We help employees who have been wrongfully terminated, harassed or discriminated against because of their race, gender, religion or disability. We handle sexual harassment cases. We handle these cases in federal court. Attorney Daniel J. Brazil has extensive trial experience and is highly skilled and knowledgeable as a negotiator and litigator.
- Business law: Our firm assists aspiring business owners with business formations/business startups, including the formation of an LLC, partnership, incorporation or other business entity. We also assist with purchase and sales agreements, business contracts, mechanic's liens and litigation.
- Property purchases in Costa Rica: Attorney Daniel J. Brazil formerly lived in Costa Rica. He assists clients who are seeking to buy property in Costa Rica. Mr. Brazil has contact with attorneys and title companies in Costa Rica who can assist with the purchase of property.
