Attorney Daniel J. Brazil has more than 10 years of experience advocating for the rights of individuals in a variety of legal matters, ranging from personal injury and workers’ compensation cases to immigration and family law. Prior to starting his own law firm, Dan worked as a law clerk for the Public Defender’s Office in the 10th Judicial District and a mid-sized civil litigation law firm.
Over the years, Dan has honed the approach he takes to every case. He has learned that what matters most is ensuring that his clients understand the situations they are in and how the choices they make now will affect their families and their futures. Dan also brings compassion to his law practice, as he knows how important the outcome of a case is to each client. Overall, Dan takes whatever steps possible to protect his clients and advocate for their best interests.
Dan is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law and the University of St. Thomas. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife and son. When Dan isn’t working, you can find him on his bike or embarking on his next rock climbing adventure.
The firm places a high priority on providing quality legal services to members of the Hispanic community. This priority grew out of the time Dan spent in Costa Rica, where he spent 6 months studying Spanish and working for the Costa Rica Trade and Development Board. He now offers a variety of legal services to Spanish-speaking individuals located throughout the Twin Cities and rural Minnesota.
